Storing your files
with 1st Archive Management couldn't be easier.
Our friendly service is based on simple and effective
procedures we have developed over 15 years as a leading
document storage and archiving specialist.
For deposits, simply create an inventory of each file,
then log and number each file and box, so you know what
to request when you need it back.
Simply contact us on-line, by phone or by fax and we'll
do the rest. Our driver will be instructed to
call. On arrival, he will confirm all details
are correct.
On his return, we will undertake a second check and
resolve any discrepancies or concerns we may have.
Each file or box will be entered on our database and
allocated its own unique location within our storage
facility - enabling it to be traced at any time.
A duplicate copy of the new database can be supplied
for your own records, if required.
Once you decide what you require, simply contact 1st
Archive Management by phone, fax or on-line with the
file or box number. We will pick the request and
schedule delivery the same day for all requests received
by 11am.
Request received after 11am can also be delivered same
day, by special arrangement - subject to pre-agreed
costs.
Once a year we will contact you and provide an up-to-date
copy of your current storage database. Simply check
the contents and advise us which files or boxes are due
for disposal. We will retrieve the correct items
and ensure confidential destruction. We'll also
issue a certificate of destruction, if required.
